To orient students to a new
form of management that stresses goal accomplishments through increasing
productivity at individual levels.
Students are able to
appreciate team in order and participation in decisions pertaining to the

By the end of this course
unit, students should be able to;
- Analyze a problem / opportunity its cause
and work out strategies on how to counter that problem.

project management tools like PERT, logical frame work, PRA tolls and WBS
plan and work out strategies for their solutions prepare project
