This course focuses on the ethical dimensions of leadership, teaching and administration in schools. It also includes values, norms and traditions of the school community and external environment as a social system.

 

 

Course Objective

The aim of the course is to equip the learner with ethical conduct required in educational administrators.

By the end of the course students should demonstrate ability to:

  • Explain the ethical standards in administration
