This course unit sets out to provide the needs of Analysis of the ideal house keeping and house keeping operations and accommodation management in hotels, hostels hospitals and any other hospitality establishment.

Explain the organization and functions of the linen and laundry room.
Design and develop necessary control documents needs in house keeping
Examine house keeping records for successful operations and management.
Understand furnishing in hotel establishments and fabric identification.
Know the types of flooring and floor finishes to be cleaned and how they are supposed to be maintained.
