Cost Analysis And Financial Resource Management
This course discusses the basics of
financial management and, in particular, the principles and practices of
accounting, school finances and sources of school funds as well as school
budgeting and how to draw up a plan for securing and expending the resources.
School managers need to have some knowledge and experience of designing and
managing a budget and how to mobilize financial resources. The course proposes
a basic framework and mechanisms of financial management.
The overall objective is to prepare
an educational administrator who do not only understands but as well can
