Course Description

Customers are an essential and important part of any business. Customer care involves identifying customers’ needs, wants and expectations plus going an extra mile to meet them. The course also shows that customer care is everyone’s responsibility in the organization, it also shows that customer care in applied in all business sectors ie product or service industries and without it, no business would survive.

EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of the course unit students should;

  •  Appreciate the importance of the customer to a business enterprise.
  • Equip students with customer care skills.
  • Explain Position to display professionalism in all business sectors.
  • Appreciate the importance of customer satisfaction.
