Course Description

This course is the one of the most important forces in international and national trade. It plays a significant dual role in the social, economic development of countries. This course gives an overview of the nature, organization and impacts of the hospitality industry at global, national and local scales. The beginning point is to examine hospitality business by explaining the definitions, concepts and classifications commonly used.
