This course basically deals with the use of microorganisms in the production of useful products for use as vaccines, pharmaceuticals, hormones, beverages or foods, etc.
PURPOSE OF THE COURSE
This course is
intended to introduce the students the concepts of the use of microorganisms
and other mechanisms in the production of valuable substances, and their role
in keeping the environment clean.
