Course Description

This course will introduce the student to the legal modalities and niceties of owning and conducting business by un-natural persons or legal persons.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of the course, students should be able to:

  • Discuss the different forms of business organizations and the non-profit organizations.
  • Discuss the formation of different business organization and how they are run or managed.
  • Identify the key features of the different legal structures which people might adopt for their business and voluntary activities.
