This course helps to highlight the nature, dynamics and the process of communication in the field of business. It involves the practical steps to become effective in communicating. In the words of Covey “Communication is the most important skill in the life, we spend most of our working hours communicating”.

The course provides communication skills training for students wishing to develop their interpersonal skills and build rapport with others in the workplace. The training covers effective communication strategies to enhance understanding and verbal communication with others.
