Research Paper

The course introduces students to scholarly research and writing; to train them how to carry out research projects. It develops their analytical skills and their ability to apply the law to factual situations.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of the research students should:

·         Submit a research paper of  not more than 10,000 words.

·         Critically explain research methods and rules of scholarly writing;

·         Demonstrate sound analytical legal  skills.
