International Trade Theory

PURPOSE OF COURSE

This course primarily gives an overview of international trade theory and policy. It also highlight the sources of trade theories; mercantilists view, Absolute Advantage, comparative Advantage, Hecksher-Ohslin Samuelson and other theories, the gains from trade, protection, Integration, Foreign Exchange rates, Balance of payments and other concepts all constituting to the core of the course.
