Course Description
This course is design for undergraduate trainees of Kiswahili and literature in Uganda. It is a course to the study of short stories, aimed at equipping the trainees with the basic knowledge about the subject. Selected short stories will be handled
EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES
By the end of the course, students should be able to;
- Appreciate the nature of short stories and the aims of teaching it in schools
- Analyze selected short stories and demonstrate the ability to handle the different element of the genre in class
- Write a short story and demonstrate the ability to use the different elements in a short story.
