Course Description
- Students will acquire the basic knowledge and skills of performance of various traditional dances.
Course Objectives
At the end of the course, students should be able to:
- Differentiate between authentic and adulterated traditional dance forms;
- Explain the origin and development of selected traditional dances;
- Demonstrate the performance of selected traditional dances.
Learning outcome
- At the end of this course the learner will perform some Ugandan folk dances.
