Course Description

  • This course helps student to further internalize the general principles of contractual relationships and also equip her/him with skills to construction of validity and enforceability of contracts and remedies available for breach of contract.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of the Course, students should be able to:

  1. Explain matters affecting the validity and enforceability of a contract.
  2. Discuss the principles, and legal concepts of the law of contract.
  3. What are the requisite skills to apply these legal principles to factual situations in problem solving.
  4. Apprise issues of technology in contractual relationships.
  5. Explain the variety of remedies available to parties for breach of contract.
