Course Description

  • This course introduces the concepts of constitutionalism, good governance, citizenship, rule of law and basic theories which advocates commonly use in their practice.

  1. Explain the theory and practice of constitutionalism for a functional democracy.
  2. Analyze and internalize the constitutional principles for students who are aspiring to become constitutional law advocates.
  3. Articulate the basic norms of legislating and for legislating.
