Course Description

PURPOSE OF THE COURSE

This course introduces a student to the relevancy of evidence and the value of evidence in the enforcement of the law and attainment of justice by litigants or complainants.

 

LEARNING OUTCOMES

·         Analyze the historical fundaments of the law of evidence and its incidences.

·         Distinguish admissible from inadmissible pieces of evidence.

·         Evaluate the import of actions or inactions as evidential materials.
