Course Description

  • This course introduces students to methods of investigation for the purpose of proving facts that may be put forward in a legal matter (case). Rules regarding relevance and admissibility of evidence in  proving facts by plaintiffs, defendants, prosecutors’ respondents and witnesses are explored.

  1. Explain the rules regarding relevance and admissibility of evidence in proving facts.
