Course Description

PURPOSE

  • This course will introduce the student to the legal modalities and niceties of owning and conducting business by un-natural persons or legal persons.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of the course, students should be able to:

  1. Discuss the different forms of business organizations and the non-profit organizations.
  2. Discuss the formation of different business organization and how they are run or managed.
  3. Indentify the key features of the different legal structures which people might adopt for their business and voluntary activities
  4. Analyze the practical application of the law, and public policy dimensions in those business associations.
