Course Description

This course will help the students to understand the structure of     the international legal system, law governing the high seas, settlement of international disputes, and the enforcement on international law     within municipal law.

What are the different players in the international legal system and the governance rules therein.

Identify the procedure and different modes of settling international disputes.

Discuss the different branches of international law.
