Course Description

This course will help the students to understand the national and international law relating to environmental protection and the role of the State therein.

  1. Explain the role of the organs charged with management of the environment.
  2. Appraise the role of international organizations in environmental protection.
  3. Discuss sustainable development and intergenerational rights/equity to   the environment.
