6.1 Introduction: Definitions of Behavioural Science, principles and key concepts in psychology, medical sociology and social anthropology. (2 LH)

6.2 Principles of Psychology: Consciousness, emotion, habit and will (1 LH)

 

6.3 Goals  of  Psychology:  To  describe  human,  explain,  predict  and  control  human behaviours (1 LH)

6.4 Personality:   Personality   and   personality  theories,   Sigmud   Freud   theories   of personality development, Erik Erikson theory of psycho-social development, Carl Jung theory of personality development and personality assessment (2 LH)

6.5 Human Learning: Forms of learning, theories of learning, classical conditioning, operant conditioning, observational learning, social learning theories, disorders of human learning. (2 LH)


6.6 Memory:  Storage  and  transfer  model  of  memory,  theories  of  forgetfulness  and memory disorders. (2 LH)

6.7 Perception: Perception process and perception characteristics (1 LH)
