This course presents the fundamental principles and objectives of health science physics. Topics covered include; Gases, Radio Activity, Radiation Detectors, X-Rays, Thermodynamics, Quantity of Heat in Matter/Body, Black Body Radiation, Electricity, Nerve Fibre Cell, Pressure Measurement and Fluid Notion, Hydro Dynamics, Bernoulli’s Principle and Equation of Continuity, Further Applications for Radio Activity, Human Mechanics, Human Machine, Human Metabolism, Body Temperature and Its Limits, Hypothermia and Body Mechanisms to Regulate Temperature
