Course Description


This course equips the student with the art of designing, creating and maintaining an environment in which individuals working together as a group can accomplish selected missions and objectives. It involves planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, controlling and supervising any project or activity with responsibilities for results. Special emphasis is given to chemical and related industries and major management problems encountered.
