Course Description

The course explores the meaning of Organization behavour and understand as to why individuals and groups behave in the way they do in organization. It also aims to investigate the impact that individuals, groups and structure have on their behaviour within organization.

It also helps students develop a better work related understanding about themselves and other people and expand their potential for career success in the dynamic shifting, complex and challenging new work places of today and tomorrow.

EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES

 By the end of the course students should be able to :-

Define the meaning of organization Behaviour and why individual, groups behave in the way they do in organizations.

Develop a better work related understanding about themselves and other people.
