Course Description

Ethics and Accountability are no doubt core values that shape the practice and theory of the Public Sector, as such the latter and the former are a sine quanon in the discipline of Public Administration.  This course explores the vitality and applicability of the values in the interplay and interactions of not only the human resource concerned, but their administrative structures as well.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

The course is aimed at;

  • Exploring the vitality and applicability of ethical and accountability values in the public and private sector.
  • Enabling students appreciate the values of ethics and accountability,
  • Equipping students with necessary skills to enhance their understanding of ethics and accountability.
  • Enabling students apply these values in their prospective working life in both Public and Private Sector.
