Course Description
The course introduces students to the administrative laws of Uganda. The students will learn the nature, purpose and kinds of laws in the country including the law of persons, contracts, torts and negotiable instruments.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
The course has been designed to:
- Introduce students the administration of law in Uganda
- Elucidate the principles and concepts in law
- Explain the law of persons, contracts, torts and negotiable instruments.
