Course Description

The course uses a combination of theoretical and practical approaches to teaching and understanding various conflict management styles and appropriate responses to different conflict situations.

 

COURSE AIM

The course aims to:

1.    Develop in students practical skills for managing conflict relations between one’s self and people;

2.    Train students to be aware and capable of using various conflict management styles.

 

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES               

By the end of the course, students should be able to:

1.    Demonstrate practical skills for managing conflict relations between one’s self and other people;

2.    Demonstrate awareness and ability to use various conflict management styles
