  • Principles of designing social Provisions,
  • The Nature of social provisions,
  • Cash benefits vs. in-kind provisions
  • The Post Welfare Agenda.
  • principles, limitations, the role of the state in the Post-welfare agenda, motivating factors for Post Welfare agenda
