Course Description

The course is aimed at definition of the roles of the human recourses managers in the management of Trans-national and Multinational business organizations. It examines the various generic human resource functions in light of the international business environment.
EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES
At the end of this course the student should:
Comprehend the dynamics of the various HRM functions, systems, and policies in the context of international organizational environment.

Understand impart skills in recruiting, selecting, developing, rewarding and retaining best human resources internationally.

Acquire skills in managing and improving the performance and productivity of employees working in multinational organizations.

Understand how to manage the human capital from a global perspective, by determining qualities, standards of managing expatriates as a mission to towards prospective organizational goals & objectives.
