Course Description

PURPOSE OF COURSE 

To make students understand the principles of Auditing.

EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of the course students should be able to:

  • Discuss the nature and importance of auditing and investigations and their differences.
  • Examine the regulations governing the work of auditors.
  • Describe the cooperate with the auditors in their work places.
  • Describe the standards expected of auditors.
  • Explain the principles governing the accounting profession.
  • Discuss the principles in case they become auditors.
Identify the stages in an audit and to follow them in the audit work
