This course is created in accordance with standardized conventions for layout nomenclature, interpretation, appearance, size etc in order to capture all geometric features of a products or a component.

 

COURSE JUSTIFICATION/RATIONALE

 

This course will instill a broad understanding about architecture in students of civil engineering

 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

By the end of this course, the student should be able to:

·        Learn how to produce working drawings.

·        Understand drawing elevations and sections

·        Understand the concept of structural detailing

·        Understand the importance of scaling
