By the end of the course, students should be able to:

1.      Describe the process framework for analyzing new issues and a theoretical framework to study technological and social impacts of such issues.

2.      Demonstrate ability to recognize the importance new issues and technologies in information sciences and incorporate these new issues and technologies into an existing information systems framework.

3.      Predict impacts of issues and technology on information management, users, policies, and the environment
