Examining the Influence of Regulatory Governance on Service Quality in Bwera District Hospital, Kasese District, Western Uganda.
The study aimed to explore the impact of regulatory governance on service quality at BweraDistrict Hospital. The research aimed to determine the relationship between rule of law,voice and accountability, and government effectiveness. The target population consisted ofhealth workers at the hospital. Data was collected through closed-ended questionnaires andanalyzed using SPSS. The findings revealed some laxity in the rule of law, voice andaccountability, and government effectiveness. The recommendations were to increasevigilantness in these areas to improve service quality and establish a new era ofresponsibility at Bwera District Hospital
