Pre-eclampsia, a complex pregnancy disorder, poses significant risks to maternal and fetal well-being. Proteinurialevels, and adverse perinatal outcomes among women with pre-eclamptic patients. This study underscores the pivotal role of proteinuria levels in shaping adverse perinatal outcomes in preeclampticwomen. The link between the severity of pre-eclampsia and ANC attendance with adverse outcomeshighlights the multifaceted nature of maternal and fetal health in this population.
