ABSTRACT Amidst the fast-paced changes in the business landscape, organisations were under growing pressure to enhancetheir supply chain operations to stay competitive. This study examined the crucial significance of monitoring KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs) and providing feedback mechanisms to promote ongoing improvement in supplychain management. Based on current research and industry knowledge, the article explored the importance ofmatching key performance indicators (KPIs) with strategic goals and using modern analytics and technology to getimmediate insights. The report identified challenges such as data integration and system compatibility and providedideas for overcoming these obstacles. In addition, the paper focuses on new trends such as blockchain technologyand sustainability metrics. It provided practical suggestions for organisations to improve supply chain performanceand attain a sustainable competitive advantage.
