Mr. Ambrose Kibuuka Sendijja Mukiibi is a Council Member at Kampala International University and an accomplished organisational development consultant, educationist, trainer, author, and human capital development specialist. With over 25 years of professional experience, he has built extensive expertise in organisational development, transformational leadership, strategic planning, performance management, innovation, education, and human capital optimisation.
He is the Chief Executive Officer of Career Streams Limited, a human-centred consultancy firm specialising in Human Capital Optimisation and Organisational Development. Since 2000, he has undertaken more than 100 consultancy assignments for government institutions, universities, international development agencies, private-sector organisations, NGOs, financial institutions, and UN agencies. His work has included leadership development, institutional governance, strategic planning, organisational restructuring, team development, and performance evaluation.
Mr. Kibuuka holds a Master of Arts in Development Studies from Uganda Martyrs University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Makerere University. He has served universities in Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania as an educator and in senior governance roles and currently serves on the Board of Trustees and University Council of Kampala International University.
A passionate advocate for education, career development, and youth empowerment, Mr. Kibuuka is also an author of several works on career strategy, employability, personal development, and the transition from education to the world of work. Through his service on the University Council, he brings extensive experience in governance, institutional strategy, leadership development, and innovation to support the continued growth and transformation of Kampala International University.
