Students who are Academically Cleared but NOT Cleared to Graduate must complete the final graduation verification and clearance processes to be fully cleared. Pass slips are acceptable for the screening process. Academic Clearance Deadline: Friday, 6th November, 2026. Finance Clearance Deadline: Friday, 13th November, 2026. Those who fail to meet these deadlines will be pushed to the next graduation in June, 2027.You are advised to visit the office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic Affairs) to initiate the process.
