KIU, Western Campus – John Paul Okello has hailed KIU’s education system, which he called “top-drawer” for impacting on his life journey so far.

Okello, who joined KIU in 2014 to pursue a Bachelor of Law degree, says that he got a lot of insight and exposure to law, which enriched him with a lot of legal knowledge.

“KIU has consistent and quality lecturers especially in the School of Law who have high integrity and experience and knowledge of law,” Okello told this website.

“That is why I joined it in the first place - because it is a leading international university with people from different backgrounds and geographical locations,” he added.

Okello, who is also a businessman with two grocery stores in Ishaka town, is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Law at the Grotius School of Law located at the Uganda Pentecostal University in Fort-Portal town, Kabarole district.

He advises anyone aiming at getting a quality education in any program to come to KIU because it has some of the best lecturers and academic programs.

“Anyone who wants to get the best education should come to KIU because it has quality academic programs and is the best private and international university where you can make connections with people from different parts of the world, who can help you in the future,” he advises.

Okello advises students still at university to be consistent, disciplined, hardworking and focused.
