1. All studies will be conducted via online until government directives allow students to return physically to the University campus. An exception is given to health sciences students, who will be issued a separate circular for their physical return at the Western Campus and affiliated Teaching Sites, as already approved by the National Council for Higher Education.
2. Students who are unable to study online, for one reason or another, are required to contact and inform their School/College either directly or through their class coordinators. Special arrangements will be made for such students, once face-to-face presence on campus is allowed by government directives.
3. All students who are able to study online, are required to register with their respective Schools and Colleges within two weeks from the date of commencement of their academic sessions.
4. Information on what is needed for registration should be obtained from the respective School/College, while guidelines on clearance of student financial obligations can be obtained from the Directorate of Finance.
5. All students registered for studies are required to ensure full attendance of online classes from the first day as specified in the calendar of their respective categories. Individual timetables for each class will be made available by the School/College.
6. Practicals, internships, School practice, and field placement sessions will be conducted and assessed when the government directives on COVID-19 allow students to return to campus or teaching or training sites. A detailed schedule will be shared as soon as circumstances allow for face-to-face sessions.
7. Please proceed to read the appropriate section in the subsequent pages that will guide individual academic schedules as per your current programme, year and semester of study.
8. Do not hesitate to contact your school or College for further guidance. In case, you spot an omission or error, please inform the relevant office to rectify it.
