KIU Set To Hold Public Lecture on Leadership, Governance and Media Freedom in Uganda

KIU, Main Campus - KIU is set to host a public lecture on Governance and Leadership, scheduled to take place tomorrow 20th May 2021 at 2pm in the University Main Hall

The event, under theme “Leadership, Governance and Media Freedom in Uganda”, is organized by the University Guild Union, Youth Line Forum and Tooro Students Association.

According to Richard Asiimwe, the Guild Union Information Minister, the event aims to contribute understanding and analytical capacity to studies of public leadership and governance. He called upon the entire KIU community to attend.

The Keynote Speaker will be Former Presidential Candidate Maj Gen Gregory Mugisha Muntu and panelists include NRM's Deputy Secretary-General Hon Richard Twodwongo and Ruth Asiimwe CEO Youth Line Forum.
