KIU, Western Campus – The KIU Western Campus Guild Union has released the list of cabinet ministers and presidential advisors who will serve in the 2023/2024 government.
The list was released by the newly elected Guild President Brian Rwotomiyo, who will oversee the new government for the term 2023-2024.
The new ministers are; Elvis Calvin Owilli who will serve as Secretary General, Catherine Andinda as Minister of Education, Ray Maxwell Odongo as Minister of Health, Hajarah Namuyingo as Minister of Finance, Alex Nyanga Ngobi as Minister of Trade, Investment and Transport, Patience Mwesigye as Minister of Religion, Culture and Entertainment and Sumaiya Ainembabzi as Minister of Gender and Social Services.
Others are; Jamil Kapere who will serve as Minister of International Affairs, Sobert Emoit as Minister of Information and Public Relations, Nathan Nkundimana as Minister of Games and Sports, Marycent Owomugisha as Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, Joseline Kawunde as Deputy Minister of Health, Donald Orata as Deputy Minister of Trade and Investment, Emmanuel Okiror as Deputy Minister of Education and Alex Ahereza as Deputy Minister of Finance.
The presidential advisors are Clifton Lamtoo and Felix Muhangi as Senior Presidential advisors plus Francis Mbaziira who is the presidential advisor on special duties.
