Inclusive Education and Covid-19: Challenges and Considerations to Learners with Special Needs in Uganda.

To establish the level of inclusion of learners with special needs for continued learning, with the intentions of establishing if learners with special needs have access to the support needed, as well as the capacity of teachers and parents to support learning while schools are closed due to Covid-19.
