KIU, Western Campus - Victor Mwiine is a very determined human being, which is why he says he has to go all the way up the academic ladder.

The 2nd-year Diploma in Clinical Medicine student however says it is his undying passion for medicine that is the driving factor behind this dream.

"I have so much passion for medicine and that is why that no matter what, I have to achieve my dream of being a doctor so that I can live my dream," Mwiine says.

And he says he has confidence that KIU is the best avenue to achieving this dream.

"When I was looking around for an institution to study from, I was advised by a friend who is a career guidance advisor that KIU was the best place for me to go," he reveals.

"I did further research by asking around and most of the people I talked to affirmed this notion," he adds.

He says once he is finished with his course, he has plans of pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in the same discipline and probably go for a post-graduate course so that he can get the best qualifications in the land.

He thanks his family for supporting him in his dream by paying tuition and supporting him through providing upkeep.

He advises his fellow students to focus on their studies because the future lies there.
