I am an experienced and qualified reputable University Lecturer of Development Studies, an Academic and Applied Research guru, a Research Consultant/Research Supervisor; a Development Consultant; an International Evangelist, Church Minister, Theologian ; Educationalist; Counselor, Mentor; an Inspiration and Role Model; a Community Development Animator and arrow in the bow of avant-gardism  of Knowledge. My knowledge and practice of Pedagogy is celebrated as well as my use of Participatory approaches in Community Empowerment and Socio- Economic Transformation of Society.

Further I have provided Career Guidance and Counseling to over 51,016 University Students, and 11,047 Secondary Students as well as mentorship to 291 University academic staff
