Adeyeye Fola John, PhD is a senior lecturer and Project coordinator and evaluation in the Department of Physical and Applied sciences at the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences as well as a Technical Aid Corps (TAC) liaising officer, at Kampala International University. Besides that, he has experience teaching and lecturing in reputable institutions and at different levels ranging from Secondary School, Polytechnic to University.
He holds a PhD (Numerical and computational Analysis) from Ekiti State University Ado-Ekiti, a Master of Science (Numerical) from The University of Ado-Ekiti and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Mathematics from Ondo State University, Ado-Ekiti respectively.
Additionally, he has published in several international and local journals among which are; Journal of Applied and Environmental Science, Journal of Basic and Applied sciences, the International Research Journal of Engineering and Technology, Journal of the Nigerian Association of Mathematical Physics, Journal of science and technology and the Research Journal in Engineering and Applied Sciences, to mention but a few. He is also a journal reviewer for the International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks, specifically for a paper titled, “using Opportunistically Acquirable Contexts for Situation Reasoning: A Hybrid Approach”
John has also attended, facilitated and presented papers on numerous local and International Conferences, some of the papers presented include; The Numerical solution of scalar initial value problem using a one-step numerical Algorithm, organized by school of Applied science and technology Auch polytechnic and Application of Accelerated Adomian polynomial to Biological Model, organized by International Research and Capacity Building Foundation. South Africa, among others. He is also currently researching several interesting topics for example; “The Numerical strength of honey to the life span of a man”.
He is also a member of many professional bodies and these include; the Nigeria mathematical society (NMS), the Mathematical Society of Nigeria (MAN), the Nigerian Association of Mathematical Physics (NAMP), the International Research and capacity Building Foundation, South -Africa and the World Academics of science and Technology (Rome, Italy).
With the experience and particular expertise, he possesses, John is in the right position to train and shape the future bright minds here at Kampala International University where we continue to explore the heights!
