As an academic, Professor Bamigbola's research interests are in
the following areas: optimization of electric power systems, financial systems,
bio systems including epidemiological models; large-scale mathematical
programming; exploitation of algebraic structures of iterative methods for
development of fast and accurate solvers for linear and nonlinear algebraic
systems of
equations.
