Samuel Kamutungye is a Software Engineer by profession with more than four years working experience in Information System Management, System analysis and designing. He is a full time employee at Kampala International University (KIU) as an Online System Engineer. Prior to that, he served as a System Administrator at Nob Hotels Ltd between 2012 and 2015, and in 2014, worked under contract as a Data Assistant at Integrated Communications Worldwide Event/ICWE (E- Learning-Africa) Project.  

Samuel holds a Master of Science Degree in Software Engineering (c.SE) from KIU, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Software Engineering (BSc.SE) from Makerere University.  He is highly skilled in data collection and analytics, report writing and presentation, and computer networking. He is an expert in analytical and presentation tools like Excel and Power Point, and graphic designing tools like Illustrator. He is also skilled in electronic files management, hardware trouble shooting, server management, web data management, internet utilization, graphics design and processing, digital marketing, and intermediate programming.   . In 2013, he was trainee at the Ministry of Information and Communications Technology in Kampala, where he gained more expertise in networking and virtualization, router configuration and sever management, data recovery and system upgrades, applications installation and maintenance, hardware preventative maintenance, and video conferencing setups and management.  

Samuel has an imaginative intelligence which enables him to critically analyze work related problems at Kampala International University, and effectively provide creative solutions.
