Proscovia Asiimwe Bainomugisha is the Director Customer Relations & Bursary at Kampala International University. She is responsible for the Customer Relations and Bursary Directory (for Main and Western Campus), identifying and developing of culture, processes and performance improvements, and effective customer interactions across multiple channels (Front and Back office. Telephone. Email. Online. walk-ins). She has got over 13 years of working experience in customer care. From 2007 to 2013, she worked as a Corporate Retention Representative at Infocom Limited -Uganda where she was responsible for service handovers to new customers, building customer loyalty, controlling churns through customer intelligence, accounts management, marketing, and cross & up selling. She later worked as a Customer Care Supervisor responsible for team motivation, scheduling and overseeing day-to-day customer care and retention activities at Liquid Telecom Uganda (2013- 2017). Proscovia also has an international working experience. In 2007, she did her internship in Nigeria where she worked as a research assistant, collecting, compiling, analyzing data and wringing reports for UNIDO c�?��?? Nigeria. In 2006, she volunteered as an Assistant Program Officer on Abuja slum dwellers resettlement project, handling persuasive engagement of slum dwellers and mobilizing them to form clubs and CBO in order to improve standards of living. She has also been a trainer of trainers on the Youth empowerment program sponsored by British Council - Women Environmental Program (WEP)- Nigeria
Proscovia holds a Bachelor of Environmental Management from Makerere University, Kampala c�?��?? Uganda. She also has a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Makerere University Institute of Adult and Continuing Educaton, Kampala c�?��?? Uganda. In a period of 13 years under Customer Relationship Management, she managed to get five Certificates of recognition for exceptional performance, and two Certificates of recognition for exceptional leadership, customer care and customer accounts management skills, effective sales and marketing skills, performance management, effective debt collection and credit control, effective communication and presentation and team motivation skills.
