STELLA TWINOMUGISHA NINYIKIRIZA is the Admissions Director at Kampala International University (KIU) with a sense of team building and a focus on results. She is a passionate quality oriented individual with a high sense of standards at the KIU Quality Assurance Ofiice. She is a results oriented Consultant in strategic business plans with TIG Marketing Consult, and a proficient Manager with the experience of six years in branch management at UMEME Ltd, who has successfully lead the branch to meet revenue targets by 86%. Ninyikiriza is also a professional Banker with seven years of banking experience in Bank of Baroda covering all aspects of banking including operations, customer service, sales and marketing of bank products, as well as statistical operations. She is a realistic, reliable, and highly motivated lady, with a high level of integrity, managerial, and organizational skills in the utility sector. 

Ninyikiriza holds a Master in Business Administration: Management from Uganda Martyrs University, a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Statistics from Makerere University, and a Higher Diploma in Marketing from the National College of Business Studies in Nakawa. She has trained in the areas of Project Planning and Management, Human resource Management, Marketing and Customer Care Management, Credit Management and Product development, and Finance Management.

She works relentlessly with KIU to ensure the standards of the institution are maintained in service to the community.
