Prof.
Sudhir Agrawal has
a doctorate to his credit and also has an advanced diploma in
computing. In addition to teaching he has been at strategic positions
at various International Universities in countries like Fiji,
Namibia, Bahrain and Afghanistan. He has published his research
articles in several academic journals and also initiated cross border
strategic alliances across universities and educational institutions.
In addition to academic work, He is also a consultant for the
information technology industry in areas of human resources and
marketing. His research interests are in areas of management
decisions making. In addition to research his role is nurturing the
talent of the budding managers for tomorrow's dynamic business
needs.
He
is actively involved in teaching subjects on marketing and human
resources, research activities, dissertation guidance, career
guidance, organizing workshops, seminar from industry and conducting
management development programs. He was also heading a University in
Afghanistan and in India where he was responsible for overall
functioning of university and affiliated colleges. He has also been
an educational consultant in many countries where he has worked.
In
addition, he is the Founder
of the Society of Management and Behavioral Sciences registered in
India and Canada. The Society has already conducted 12 international
conferences in India and Canada and it has its own international
academic journal. Advisory board member of the International Journal
of Management and Computer Science. An ppproved PhD guide at
Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. and Bhagwant
University, Ajmer, Rajasthan, and Editor of the Handbook on
Management and Behavioral Science.
